Rahul Sompura

Rahul Sompura is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with deep hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial modelling, investor reporting, and fundraising for leading startups and growth-stage businesses.

He has worked closely with founders and leadership teams to build financial clarity, structured MIS, cash flow visibility, and performance tracking systems that support both day-to-day decision-making and long-term growth planning.

Rahul has been actively involved in fundraising, including preparing investor-ready financial models, pitch deck financials, data rooms, and ongoing investor communication. He understands investor expectations and helps founders communicate financial performance clearly and confidently.

In addition, Rahul has exposure to IPO and DRHP readiness, supporting businesses with financial structuring, reporting discipline, and coordination with auditors and advisors.
